How is the Active Learning Program run?
Dr. Yong Cho, a psychologist licensed in the state of New York and in Korea, and trained professionals in psychology will provide the initial interview and psycho-educational assessment in both English and Korean. The results of the assessment, along with the details of the Active Learning Program, are provided for the parents. Then, the designated Active Learning Specialist will lead the student and parents through orientation which culminates with the start of the program.
How is the Active Learning Program structured?
The Active Learning Program runs 1 to 5 times a week. For those who first start the program, it is recommended to come 5 times a week. When the student’s academic abilities improve, the frequency of visits may decrease. In each visit, students will participate in 2 hours of Active Learning Program and 2 hours of Monitored Self-Study per day.
