As the first DBT Center in Asia, the DBT Center of Korea observes the ethical standards of both DBT practice and the American Psychological Association (APA).
The creator of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Marsha M. Linehan, PhD, ABPP is a Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Director Emeritus of the Behavioral Research and Therapy Clinics.
Dr. Cho, the path he walk, is the path for pain and suffering; the DBT and Marsha Linehan’s philosophy, he believed, are the non-detachable companion of his walk to save people from their suffering.
We all are suffering from our innate limitation as human beings.
The only people who are able to confront this inescapable fact and lessen our pain and suffering is ourselves.
Only we could balance our minds.
DBT is the truthful psychotherapy that helps us balance our minds even within the storm of pain and suffering.
