2010 The Tree Group established its “Active Learning Center”
The Tree Group established “Active Learning Center”, which involves psycho-educational programs for English/Korean speaking bilingual children and young adults.

2004 The Tree Group Expansion and Relocation
The Tree Group’s Center for International Psychological Services was expanded and relocated to Daechi-dong in Korea.
International organisations and international schools provided support.
2001 Dr. Cho started bilingual services in the U.S.
Dr. Cho started DBT individual sessions for Korean immigrants in New York.
Special Lecture on “Bilingual Children” by Dr. Cho
“What can be called bilingual does not depend on whether you can speak both languages perfectly, but on whether you can communicate with others in both languages in daily life.”
2020 New Year’s Party at the Tree Group
A New Year Party was held at the Tree Group where all the students, parents, and teachers were invited to share food and drinks. Special thanks to Dr. Cho who prepared homemade sandwiches with fresh ingredients!

DBT 2 Class for Professionals
The last class of our DBT2 Class for Professionals program was held in Retreat Soom.

2018 “DBT Skills Training Manual, 2nd Edition” was published.
In 2018, “DBT Skills Training Manual, 2nd Edition” was published, producing two of Dr. Marsha Linehan’s manuals.

2017 “Today’s Mindfulness Cards” was created.

2003 ‘DBT Skill Training Manual for Borderline Personality Disorder’ by Dr. Linehan was translated into Korean and published
Dr. Cho started DBT for Korean immigrants in New York since 2000. He translated each worksheet in ‘DBT Skills Training Workbook’ written by Dr. Marsha Linehan and conducted DBT skills training group sessions for clients.
