In the early 1990s, Dr. Marsha Linehan and her expert team founded Behavioral Tech, a DBT training institute to help professionals implement DBT treatments according to procedures and protocols with proven clinical effectiveness. DBT Intensive Training is the most crucial training course for professionals who are serious about learning and practicing DBT.

The DBT KOREA has been working with Behavioral Tech to host this essential DBT professional training course for a long time, and this year, it has been confirmed that the DBT Intensive Training will be held in Seoul for the first time.

For this year especially, Dr. Tony Dubose, the Chief Training Executive and the leading expert on DBT professional training as well as the core member of Marsha Linehan’s group, will be visiting Korea to lead the training.

Prior to the DBT Intensive Training scheduled for this October, DBT KOREA will be hosting a special open lecture with Dr. DuBose on May 13 at 9:00 a.m. In this special lecture, Dr. DuBose will provide an introduction to DBT treatment that has been implemented globally and give an in-depth lecture on the DBT Intensive Training course, followed by a Q&A session.

We hope that those of you who are interested in following the DBT clinical process by completing the DBT Intensive Training will sign up for this lecture and meet Dr. DuBose online.
