Our Four Branches of Helping Hands

How will TREE relieve your suffering and change your future?

TREE Treatment Areas

We all are suffering from our innate limitation as human beings.

The only people who are able to confront this inescapable fact and lessen our pain and suffering is ourselves.

Only we could balance our minds.

DBT is the truthful psychotherapy that helps us balance our minds even within the storm of pain and suffering.

Clinicians’ Expertise

Dedication & Enthusiasm

As a dedicated team of professional clinicians, we constantly ask ourselves: how do we best alleviate people’s psychological difficulties?

We value the importance of providing evidence-based treatments for people who are suffering and to guide them to find true inner happiness.

Distraction & Mindfulness 2

A child’s interesting behavior was observed. While sitting on the sofa, their hands continuously touched their face and head, twisting and turning, while their body moved up and down, legs shaking or constantly in motion.

Distraction & Mindfulness 1

When we close our eyes for a moment, images and thoughts pass through our minds like scenes from a movie, filling our minds with numerous thoughts, emotions, and images.

The function of Working Memory

Do “87 x 6” in your head. Most people would probably get the multiplication of 7 and 6 and at the same time store the number “4” on one side to later add it with the multiplication of 8 and 6.

We first met Dr. Linehan at a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) intensive training In Seattle, Washington. Her revolutionary addition of constructs such as mindfulness and acceptance into the cognitive-behavioral therapy model deeply resonated with us regarding the adolescent population we worked with at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx New York.
